Why Take A PASS PLUS Course?You have passed your driving test and can now drive independently.

Your initial driver training with A Roads Driving School has provided you with experience of a varied range of road and traffic conditions. However, this training often takes place within an area familiar to you. PASS PLUS provides the opportunity to drive out of your local area, extending your driving experience to Motorways and beyond. If you have passed your driving test with another Driving School, A Roads Driving School will be delighted to work with you to provide the PASS PLUS Course What is involved?
You will not have to take a test at the end of the course, but you will be continually assessed.
There are six practical modules which include: • Driving in town • Driving in all weathers • Driving on rural road • Driving at night • Driving on dual carriageways • Driving on motorways You must successfully complete all of the modules in the course and achieve or exceed a set standard. PASS PLUS sessions are different to a driving lesson. You will develop your confidence and ability to deal with unfamiliar roads as well as other traffic conditions you may not have experienced during your initial driving tuition. All conducted safely under your A Roads Driving Instructor's professional guidance.
Anticipation and planning are the key skills needed when dealing with hazards safely. These skills develop over time, but you need to gain this experience as soon as possible after your test, as inexperienced drivers do run the risk of having a collision. The PASS PLUS course is designed to help you develop these key skills quickly to keep you safer on the road. As An Added Bonus You Can Save Money On Your Car Insurance Premiums...Many insurance companies offer discounts to drivers who have completed the PASS PLUS course, so it is worth spending some time getting the best quote, remember the mention you have completed
